Getting professionally reconditioned helmets from Schutt is easy; just follow the 5 steps below.

STEP 1 ORDER FORM
When you're ready to have your helmets, shoulder pads or other equipment reconditioned, complete and submit this order form. Please be sure to include valid contact information (phone number or email). We'll be back in touch with you within 2 business days after receiving your order form.
STEP 2 SHIPPING MATERIALS
After we've confirmed your recon order and answered any questions you may have (or we might have on your order), we'll promptly send you all the materials you need to send in your equipment. This will include helmet and shoulder pad bags, forms and shipping labels.
STEP 3 PACK BAGS AND SHIP
It's very easy to prepare your helmets or shoulder pads for reconditioning. Place all of your equipment in the recon bags supplied in the previous steps. Generally, you can place about 8-10 helmets in a single bag. Be sure to tag each bag as needed, with the appropriate information. Gather all of the bags in a convenient spot and then schedule a time for pick up.
STEP 4 RECONDITIONING PROCESS
Once we've received your order, your helmets will be processed. We'll open all your bags, identify each of the helmets or shoulder pads and document all the necessary information. Your interior parts will stay with your helmets. Everything will be cleaned and sanitized. Your helmet will be buffed, polished and, if needed, re-painted. Your helmets will be recertified to the NOCSAE and NAERA standards and then packed up for out-bound shipment.
STEP 5 RECEIVE HELMETS BACK FROM SCHUTT
Your helmets will be shipped back to you in secure boxes. Once they leave our facility, it will generally take 4-6 business days to return to you (but that time can vary). Once you've received your helmets, pads and equipment, check over the order and verify that everything is to your satisfaction.
